Fin Search are recruiting a Commercial Management Accountant on an initial 12 month FTC for a market leading business with an excellent reputation based in Bradford. The business is operating a hybrid working model – 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This role is an unrivalled opportunity for bright and forward thinking management accountant or finance manager looking for a step into a commercially focused role in an exciting and well performing business.
Duties will include, however are not limited to:
- Taking ownership of month end reporting routines
- Margin analysis
- Playing a key part in budgeting and forecasting
- Variance analysis
- Challenging areas of the P&L
- Creating reports and models to assist stakeholders in key decision making
The successful candidate will:
- Have worked in a relevant finance manager or management accountant role
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate stakeholder management skills
- Have strong Excel skills
£47,000 - £48,000 + full AAT/ACCA/CIMA study support (if desired) + 29 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + BUPA Medicash + stakeholder pension scheme + staff discount scheme + hybrid working model.
