Fin Search are recruiting a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis for an industry leading, well respected manufacturing business based in Malton. The business is operating a hybrid working model - 4 days in the office and 1 day at home. This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking for a varied business partnering role in a well performing business, with clear scope for development and progression.
As a Finance Business Partner, this role will report in to an excellent Finance Director, responsible for providing a comprehensive business partnering service to stakeholders across the business. Duties will include, however are not limited to:
- Reviewing of monthly management packs
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling
- Month end reporting to include variance analysis
- Business partnering with sales and operations
- Reviewing commercial contracts and making recommendations
- Identifying and measuring KPIs
- Coaching and mentoring an Assistant Accountant
The successful candidate will:
- Be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified ideally, strong finalists will be considered
- Have a technically strong finance background
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
£50,000 - £55,000, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), pension scheme, free on site parking.
