At fin-house, we deliver 'in-house' finance teams for start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs. Our clients benefit from a team integrated into their business, providing proactive insight, advice and commercial support.
Location: We are based in Waterloo (London) with a minimum of three days in the office a week.
Salary: Between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.

Your day-to-day:
- Month-end: Overseeing month-end to ensure accurate data capture and processing.
- Analysis: Producing insights that drive impact and support decision-making.
- Reporting: Managing the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process.
- Networking: Building strong relationships internally and externally.
- Mentoring: Training fin-operators across the wider fin-house team.
- Projects: Leading change management projects.
Requirements:

What we need:
- An accountancy qualification is desirable, but relevant alternative paths will be considered.
- 4-5 years’ experience in a finance-related role.
- Experience with Xero and/or QuickBooks is ideal.
- Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience working with a portfolio of clients is desirable.
