This role requires someone who has led positioning work, not just executed campaigns.
Messaging & narrative ownership
- You will be the owner of how both brands sound, feel and communicate.
- Define brand voice and tone
- Create messaging frameworks (homepage, service pages, sales decks, ads)
- Translate complex financial services into clear, compelling stories
- Write, edit or tightly brief copy to ensure one consistent brand voice
- Shape founder‑facing language across marketing and sales
Brand‑led campaigns
- Design and lead campaigns that build long‑term brand equity, while supporting short‑term growth.
- Lead brand‑led campaigns: launches, thought leadership, partnerships, events
- Balance activation with long‑term brand building
- Set creative direction for campaigns across channels
- Work with freelancers or agencies for:
- Paid media (e.g. Google Ads)

Brand governance & consistency
- You will be the internal guardian of the brand.

What we’re looking for

- Strong commercial instincts and understands how brand supports growth
- Confident operating as a one‑person function with external support
- Able to brief, manage and challenge agencies and freelancers
- Happy working with ambiguity and building things from scratch
- Experience in B2B, professional services, SaaS or founder‑led businesses is a strong plus.
