We are looking for a Finance Operations Associate to support day-to-day finance and operational activities in a fast-paced, cross‑functional environment. This is a hands‑on execution role that will work closely with the CFO, Financial Controller, and external advisors to ensure strong financial processes, accurate data, and smooth audit and compliance support. This role is ideal for someone with a solid accounting foundation who enjoys operational work, multitasking, and working in an international, English‑speaking environment.
What Will The Right Person Look Like?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations roles
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Solid accounting knowledge and basic tax understanding
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Strong spoken and written English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, fast-moving environment
- Prior experience supporting audits or CPA coordination (nice to have)
- Experience in a SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven company (nice to have)
- Exposure to international or multi-entity environments (nice to have)
What Will You Be Doing?
- Provide day-to-day finance and operational support across the organization
- Maintain accurate financial records and support transactions through ERP systems
- Assist with accounting and tax-related activities under the guidance of the Sr. Financial Controller and Tax & Compliance Analyst
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based trackers, reconciliations, and ad-hoc analyses
- Support month-end close and internal reporting processes through data preparation and coordination
- Support external audits by preparing documentation, schedules, and responding to auditor requests
- Coordinate with external CPAs and advisors for information gathering and follow-ups
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and other internal teams
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
