This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Performing troubleshooting and providing technical support
  • Conducting maintenance, installation and repairs of equipment
  • Delivering on-site field service to customers
  • Supporting commissioning and system checks where required

The role involves regular interaction with customers to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction with FIMER's products and solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Troubleshooting and technical support skills
  • Experience in field service, maintenance or repair skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry is an advantage
  • Able to travel regionally (20-30%, planned scheduled)

Additional Information:

  • Salary range: $3,500 – $4,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
  • Full-time position based in Singapore
  • Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PR) only
