Fimador are currently partnering with a dynamic tech company. They are looking for a proactive, highly organised Chief of Staff to support their CTO and help drive the effective operation of the technology organisation. This role will provide high-level executive and operational support, improve reporting and visibility, and help coordinate key technology initiatives across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the CTO with priorities, actions, follow-ups, meetings, and reporting cycles
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and operational trackers
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance insights
- Support technology operations, governance, process improvement, and documentation
- Drive key programmes and initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Understand procurement
- Prepare senior stakeholder updates, meeting materials, and decision papers
- Coordinate across technical and non-technical teams to ensure progress
- Act as a trusted point of contact for the CTO where required
About you:
- Experience supporting a C-level executive, ideally within technology
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills
- Experience with BI tools, dashboards, or reporting platforms
- Comfortable working with databases, structured data, or operational metrics
- Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting technology operations or programme delivery
- Working knowledge of AWS or cloud environments
Desirable:
- Background in technology, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or digital businesses
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, SQL, CRM systems, or project management tools
- Previous experience as a Chief of Staff, Operations Lead, Programme Manager, Technology Operations Manager, Procurement professional or senior Executive Assistant
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, commercially aware, and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced technology environment.
