We are currently working in partnership with a chemicals firm to identify a newly created Training Manager to drive a more dynamic and responsive approach to training and technical competency development. In a critical role, you will work with the leadership team and champion a sustainable continuous improvement development culture to ensure technical capability is identified, measured, implemented and embedded.
You will develop, plan, implement and coordinate a structured training and education strategy that draws on industry best practice (including process safety, health & safety, compliance) to facilitate the transfer of relevant technical knowledge to support the delivery of business objectives and individual career development needs.
We are looking for a leader in technical learning to support a process engineering and MEICA engineering workforce. A graduate in engineering or science would be valuable, NEBOSH certification would be highly desirable as would experience in risk assessments.
