We are working with a techbio firm to identify a Principal UX Designer to lead end-to-end user experience delivery while shaping UX standards and practice across their B2B software product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of UX, this delivery-focused IC role combines Principal-level authority and influence with hands-on ownership of day-to-day UX design process and execution.
This is a newly created role where you will have the opportunity to improve the UX design process and translate high-level product and business requirements into delivery-ready UX work, breaking initiatives into actionable design tasks and user stories, managing UX execution and progress through Jira within agile teams. You'll also design and build interactive Figma prototypes.
We are looking for Principal-level experience delivering hands-on UX design for complex digital products, with the ability to move from design thinking into real product delivery owning the design process end-to-end from discovery through validated delivery. This is a hybrid role, 2 days onsite, 3 days wfh.
