What you’ll be doing:
As a Converting Operator, you’ll support the production of filter sheet products to customer specifications, working safely and efficiently as part of the converting team. Duties will include:
- Feeding and setting up machinery for production
- Operating die cutting machines and supporting gluing processes
- Running packing lines and preparing finished products
- Inspecting, packing and checking filter sheet products
- Carrying out safety checks, pre-start checks and work area setup
- Completing quality checks and production records
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
- Working with the team to meet production and quality standards

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in manufacturing, production, packing, machine operating or a similar hands-on environment
- Comfortable working with machinery and following set processes
- Reliable, punctual and happy working permanent nights
- Quality-focused with good attention to detail
- Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures
- A good team player with a positive, “can do” attitude
Previous converting, die cutting, packing line or machine operating experience would be useful, but the most important thing is that you are dependable, safety-conscious and willing to learn.
