What you'll be doing:
As a Moulding Operator, you will help keep moulding machines running efficiently while supporting the inspection, assembly and packing of lenticular modules to customer specifications. Duties will include:
- Operating moulding machinery as part of the production process
- Inspecting parts against quality specifications
- Assembling and packing lenticular modules
- Checking that the correct materials are being used
- Completing paperwork and production documentation accurately
- Supporting smooth handovers from shift to shift
- Maintaining good housekeeping and working to 5S standards
- Following standard operating procedures, work instructions and health and safety requirements
- Working as part of the team to meet production, quality and safety standards
What we're looking for:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in manufacturing, production, machine operating, assembly, packing or a similar hands-on environment
- Comfortable working with machinery and following set processes
- Reliable, practical and happy working rotating double day shifts
- Quality-focused with good attention to detail
- Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- A good communicator with a positive, “can do” attitude
Previous moulding, machine operating, assembly or production experience would be useful, but the most important thing is that you are dependable, practical and willing to learn.
