Key Responsibilities: * Safely operate and drive a forklift truck (including rotator and clamp) to move powders, pulps, and materials * Carry out equipment checks, pre-start inspections, and ensure safe setup of work areas * Move and store raw materials from despatch to refiner areas, ensuring correct handling and neat storage * Monitor and control the effluent treatment process, including cleaning and unblocking equipment * Assist with pulp grinding and provide cover for the grinder operator when required * Maintain excellent housekeeping standards (5S) within all work areas * Record data accurately (both digital and written) and follow company operating procedures * Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth material flow and seamless handovers * Report health, safety, and operational issues promptly to supervisors * Support compliance with quality, safety, operational, and environmental policies Benefits: * Competitive pay and overtime opportunities * Full training and ongoing development * Supportive and safety-focused workplace culture * Opportunities to learn new skills across production areas * Secure, permanent employment with career progression prospects The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious, with strong attention to detail and a positive “can-do” attitude.
