All candidates must be able to pass the UK Security Clearance vetting process. Our products and solutions support customers operating in aerospace, defence, space, telecommunications and critical infrastructure markets. We are seeking an experienced RF Test Engineer to join our growing team. In this hands-on RF test development role, the candidate will work closely with the wider engineering and production teams to support test solution development for a range of products from conception through to volume production.

  • Plan, organise, and manage own time to meet project requirements, and report project progress and risks to project teams and team leaders.
  • Perform data analysis and produce both internal and customer-facing reports and presentations.
  • Involvement with the complete solution lifecycle, including requirements review, system design, specifications, instrumentation selection, solution development, implementation, data recording and reporting, testing, training, support, instructions, and change management.

Relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent plus sufficient level of RF experience (5+ years). Strong hands-on measurement and diagnostic skills using electronic and RF test equipment at microwave frequencies and above. Must be a flexible and self-motivated individual able to interface effectively with internal and external customers to fulfil project requirements. Hands-on experience within a volume electronics manufacturing environment is beneficial.
