Filtronic is seeking a motivated Lead Operator to support its production team at NETPark, Sedgefield. The role is hands-on (about 70%) with 30% time spent on supervising and coordinating the team, reporting to a Production Supervisor and ensuring targets, quality, and safety standards are met.
You will allocate work, monitor progress, drive continuous improvement, deputise for the supervisor when needed, and foster a high-performance culture in a ISO‑regulated manufacturing environment.
