As a Graduate RF Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation is part of everyday life. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle, from design and modelling through to prototyping, test and transfer to production, while developing your expertise alongside some of the industry’s most respected RF specialists. What you’ll do

  • Gain exposure to all aspects of the engineering product development cycle, from customer engagement and requirements capture through to design, build, test and production support.
  • Develop RF and mmWave circuit design skills, with exposure up to 200 GHz.
  • Work on active and passive RF design, solid-state power amplifiers and radio transceiver systems as part of an 18–24 month development programme.
  • Use advanced modelling and simulation tools to support right-first-time hardware development.
  • Build your laboratory capability, including advanced RF measurement, hardware development and debugging.
  • Support the design and delivery of modules and components used in telecommunications systems for global market innovators.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, as well as suppliers, partners and customers.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation and present your work to peers and stakeholders.
  • Experience real products moving through our state-of-the-art clean rooms and production facility.

What we’re looking for

  • A 2:1 degree in Engineering, Electronics or Physics, or a Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
  • A genuine passion for engineering and technology.
  • Naturally curious, hands-on and motivated by solving problems.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in an agile, fast-moving environment.
  • Ambition, drive and a growth mindset.
  • Eligibility for UK Security Clearance, including 5 years’ permanent UK residency.
