Business Systems Transformation Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Transformation Manager to take ownership of the development, optimisation and integration of Filtronic s core business systems. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring our systems, data and processes provide the operational capability, visibility and control required to support a growing and increasingly complex manufacturing business. Working across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Programmes, Finance and Quality, you will develop a strong understanding of our end-to-end business processes and translate business requirements into effective, scalable system solutions.
