Role Description
The Business Development Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Aldridge, with flexibility for some work from home.
This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and supporting sales growth within the heavy-duty filtration and related markets.
Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing customers, preparing and delivering presentations, and supporting the creation of proposals and quotations.
The associate will collaborate with the sales and operations teams to understand customer requirements, promote suitable filtration solutions, and help expand FILTRATION WAREHOUSE LTD's presence in target sectors.
The role also involves tracking business development activities, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing ideas to improve outreach and customer engagement.
