We're hiring: Operations & Fulfilment Lead in Salford, Greater Manchester (On-site). Salary: £25,400–£27,500 + quarterly bonus (5% OTE). Full-time | Monday–Friday | Occasional Saturdays.

At Filter Flair, we help people take control of their health — starting with the water they drink. We’re a growing water filtration company supplying premium products to homes, businesses, and trade customers across the UK and beyond.
We’re now looking for a highly organised, proactive, and improvement-minded person to join us as our Operations & Fulfilment Lead. This is a hands-on role with real scope — ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in fulfilment, logistics, or admin who’s ready to move beyond task-based work and start shaping how things run day to day.
The role covers:
- Pick/pack and fulfilment
- Stock accuracy and data management
- Process improvements and documentation
- Working with tools like Notion and spreadsheets
- Occasional trade counter/walk-in customer support
- Real progression as we scale — with autonomy from day one
