We are recruiting for a Billing Administrator for our Service Delivery team here at Filta Group. We are committed to providing the highest quality environmental services to a wide range of commercial customers. Filta’s services are being recognised for their money saving qualities at the forefront by the food and hospitality industry. We therefore operate emergency response within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
The Billing Administrator is responsible for reviewing completed jobs to ensure they meet all requirements for invoicing. This role performs a detailed check of job data submitted by field teams to confirm accuracy, completeness, and billing readiness. Once verified, jobs are marked ready for invoicing by the billing team. This role is critical in reducing billing errors, supporting smooth invoice generation, and maintaining data quality across systems.
What you’ll be doing:
- Review completed jobs to ensure they’re invoice-ready
- Check job details, categorisation, and supporting data
- Cross-check information against customer portals
- Flag issues or missing data
- Apply correct franchisee rates
- Prepare jobs for final billing
Systems & accuracy:
- Keep job records accurate and up to date
- Maintain tracking and audit trails
- Highlight recurring data issues
Communication:
- Liaise with teams to resolve missing info
- Handle billing queries and shared inboxes
- Share feedback on recurring issues
- Communicate clearly and professionally
