You make sure the right materials are ordered, the right people are booked, and the right information is in the right place at the right time. This is not a passive role. We need someone who takes initiative, not someone who waits to be told.
What you'll own:
- Purchase order management across all live projects
- Supplier coordination. Quotes in, orders out, deliveries tracked
- Supporting the Commercial Manager with quote collation and supplier enquiries
- Document control. Keeping project files clean, current, and accessible
- Subcontractor onboarding and compliance coordination

- General project administration that keeps the wider team moving
Who you are:

- Organised in a way most people aren't. You track everything and let nothing slip
- Proactive. You spot what needs doing without being asked
- Fast and clear communicator. You keep people informed without creating noise
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
- Hungry to grow. This role has a clear path upward in a business that is building fast
The structure:
Freelance to start, fee-based across active projects. For the right person there is a permanent role here as FDS scales.
