We're not looking for someone to manage a programme. We're looking for someone to own delivery and protect every pound of revenue that comes with it. Filmtek Data Solutions delivers fit-out, logistics, technical cleaning, and managed workforce packages across data centre projects in the UK and Europe. We're carving out a strong position in tenant office fit-out within the data centre sector, and we have live projects mobilising now.

The role
- You will take our projects from mobilisation to handover.
- You will manage the site team, drive subcontractor performance, and keep the programme moving.
- You will also be commercially switched on.
- You will spot when scope has changed and raise it.
- You will identify variation opportunities and make sure they're captured.
- You will not let extras go unpaid or revenue slip through the cracks.
- This is the person who makes sure FDS delivers what it promises and gets paid for everything it does.
What you'll own
- Full project delivery from mobilisation to handover.
- Site team and subcontractor management and performance.
- Programme and progress reporting: clear, brief, no noise.
- Variation identification and commercial awareness on site.
- Revenue protection: scope changes logged, extras raised, nothing given away.
- Client relationships at delivery level.
- Risk identification and resolution at your level, not escalated up.
