As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of white space fit-out projects from pre-construction through to construction, commissioning and final handover.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from the earliest stages, ensuring they are fully planned, procured and ready for construction before managing delivery through to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead white space fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Develop project execution plans, programmes and delivery strategies.
  • Coordinate pre-construction activities, including design reviews, procurement and construction planning.
  • Manage project budgets, programmes, risks and commercial performance.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams throughout delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.
  • Chair client, subcontractor and internal project meetings.
  • Produce regular progress reports and manage project documentation.
  • Work closely with QA/QC, Commissioning and Health & Safety teams.
  • Manage change control, project risks and stakeholder communications.
  • Support commissioning activities and final client handover.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering white space fit-out or mission-critical projects.
  • Experience managing projects from pre-construction into construction.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, procurement and construction sequencing.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams within fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
