We are looking for someone to own delivery and protect every pound of revenue that comes with it. Filmtek Data Solutions delivers fit-out, logistics, technical cleaning, and managed workforce packages across data centre projects in the UK and Europe. We are carving out a strong position in tenant office fit-out within the data centre sector, and we have live projects mobilising now.
The role involves taking our projects from mobilisation to handover. You will manage the site team, drive subcontractor performance, and keep the programme moving. Delivery alone isn’t enough; you will also be commercially switched on. You will spot when scope has changed and raise it. You will identify variation opportunities and ensure they are captured. You will not let extras go unpaid or revenue slip through the cracks. This is the person who makes sure FDS delivers what it promises and gets paid for everything it does.
What you’ll own:
- Full project delivery from mobilisation to handover.
- Site team and subcontractor management and performance.
- Programme and progress reporting: clear, brief, no noise.
- Variation identification and commercial awareness on site.
- Revenue protection: scope changes logged, extras raised, nothing given away.
- Client relationships at delivery level.
- Risk identification and resolution at your level, not escalated up.
