Ready to sell something game-changing? FilmTailor AI is revolutionising how Film and TV studios run pre-production. We automate everything from script breakdowns to costume design and scheduling, using generative AI. We launched our MVP in July 2025 and already have 158+ studios signed up, including ITV, Warner Brothers and Netflix. Now, we need a brilliant, self-starter, salesperson to help us scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling our AI pre-production tool to film studios, production companies, and creatives.
- Building your own pipeline of prospects (we’ll help you get warm intros too).
- Demoing the product, closing deals, and setting up trials.
- Working directly with the founders to shape sales strategy and outreach.
- Helping define our go-to-market approach as we grow.
What We’re Offering
- Equity: You’ll own a piece of the company from day one.
- Commission: Get paid on every deal you close: 20% for closing, +2% for the consecutive 5 months.
- Salary: As soon as funding lands (expected in 2, 3 months), you’ll move to a competitive base salary if you wish to. If you rather keep your current job and only want to do sales for us on the side, as extra income, that’s also totally fine.
- Remote-first: Work from anywhere, totally flexible.
- 4-day week: Full pay, more life.

What We’re Looking For
- A confident, creative, self-starter with B2B and B2C sales experience (bonus if you sold to creatives in the Film and TV industry or in tech, SaaS or media).
- You know how to speak to both decision-makers and creatives.
- Excellent communicator - written, spoken, pitch-deck-ready.
- Gritty, coachable, and up for the startup pace.
- Bonus: you’ve sold to studios, agencies, or film/TV production before.
- 1-5 years' quota carrying sales experience.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
