We automate everything from script breakdowns to costume design and scheduling, using generative AI. We launched our MVP in July 2025 and already have 158+ studios signed up, including ITV, Warner Brothers and Netflix. Now, we need a brilliant, self-starter, salesperson to help us scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Selling our AI pre-production tool to film studios, production companies, and creatives.

- Working directly with the founders to shape sales strategy and outreach.
- Helping define our go-to-market approach as we grow.
What We’re Offering
- Equity: You’ll own a piece of the company from day one.
- Commission: Get paid on every deal you close: 20% for closing, +2% for the consecutive 5 months.
- Salary: As soon as funding lands (expected in 2, 3 months), you’ll move to a competitive base salary if you wish to. If you rather keep your current job and only want to do sales for us on the side, as extra income, that’s also totally fine.
- Remote-first: Work from anywhere, totally flexible.
- 4-day week: Full pay, more life.
- Unlimited holidays: Take the time you need.
- Founder access: You’ll be part of the core team building something meaningful.
What We’re Looking For

- You know how to speak to both decision-makers and creatives.
- Excellent communicator - written, spoken, pitch-deck-ready.
- Gritty, coachable, and up for the startup pace.
- Bonus: you’ve sold to studios, agencies, or film/TV production before.
