Workshop Supervisor in Ellon

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing ROV personnel
• Overseeing maintenance and readiness of ROV systems
• Maintaining technical documentation
• Ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Supporting training, competency assessments and continuous improvement across the team

About you:

• Engineering qualification (HNC or equivalent) or time-served technician
• IMCA MTCS Supervisor assessment completed (preferred)
• Strong technical and operational ROV knowledge
• Proven supervisory experience in a workshop or offshore environment
• Safety-focused with excellent communication skills
