You’ve built a LinkedIn marketing solopreneur business. Now imagine doing only the parts you love. You know the grind: client strategy sessions you love, followed by invoicing headaches, content creation bottlenecks, difficult client conversations, feast-or-famine cycles, and wearing 17 hats at once. What if you could focus 100% on what you’re best at: client strategy and results, while we handle everything else?
As Head of Client Strategy, you’ll operate as the CEO of 12 client accounts—owning their LinkedIn strategy, leading a well-trained delivery team, and driving predictable pipeline generation resulting in 10+ qualified ICP appointments per client, per month.
This role is perfect for you if:
- You’ve already been the strategic owner of multiple B2B LinkedIn clients and want to step into a true leadership role.
- You love the strategy and client results part of consulting, but hate the operational chaos of running your own business.
- You want consistency, peace of mind, and the ability to do your best work without juggling sales, delivery, and admin.
Why this is a great opportunity for you?
- Predictable income instead of feast-or-famine cycles: $60K-$72K annually with performance bonuses.
- Focus on your zone of genius: strategy and client results. No more invoicing, sales calls, content creation, or tech troubleshooting.
- A team that executes for you: Content Creator, Account Manager, and Appointment Setter handle the tactical work.
- Clear success metrics: 10+ appointments per client/month. No ambiguity, just results.
- Peace of mind: Consistent workload, no client acquisition stress, no operational chaos.
- 100% remote – Work from anywhere in the world.
- Professional development – Personal coaching from founders, access to premium courses and training programs.
- High-performance team – Work with A-players who are obsessed with learning and growth.
- Ownership culture – You’ll treat client accounts like your own business and have full autonomy to drive results.
- Collaborative environment – We grow together, lift each other up, and celebrate wins as a team.
Who we are?
We’re a fast-growing LinkedIn marketing agency that specializes in B2B pipeline generation for sales and business development consultants. We are not a high volume, 'churn and burn' agency. We track ROI for every client, and our north star metric as an agency is that EVERY client turns into a case study we are proud of.
The most important part of our agency is our team. We’re a team of passionate, high-performing marketers who are obsessed with getting client results, as well as growing and developing ourselves. We invest heavily in our team’s training and development, and it’s important to us that we can help our team to grow & develop into the best version of themselves, both personally and professionally.
About the Role
As Head of Client Strategy, you are the strategic owner and primary relationship lead for 12 high-value client accounts. You act as the "CEO of the client account"—responsible for their growth strategy, internal team coordination, and lead-gen targets.
Core Mission: Deliver 10+ qualified appointments per client per month while retaining clients long-term and maximizing their lifetime value.
This role reports directly to the CEO and is a clear pathway to becoming Chief Operating Officer of the agency (if you so choose).
What Success Looks Like:
- Month 3: You’ve taken full ownership of your 12 accounts, built trust with clients, aligned internal teams, and are consistently hitting appointment targets.
- Month 6: You’re proactively identifying growth opportunities, optimizing underperforming accounts, and your clients view you as an indispensable strategic partner.
- Month 12: You’re mentoring junior strategists, contributing to agency-wide systems and processes, and on track for promotion to COO.
Your Responsibilities
- Client Strategy Ownership
- Own the end-to-end LinkedIn growth strategy for each client, aligning content and outreach with their revenue goals.
- Translate business objectives into clear monthly execution plans.
- Act as the strategic advisor—proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and optimization levers.
- Lead monthly strategy reviews with clients, presenting insights, results, and next-step recommendations.
- Set, manage, and deliver on expectations at every stage.
- Content Strategy Oversight
- Oversee execution of each client’s monthly content plan by the content creator.
- Review and optimize content using internal best practices and quality checklists.
- Conduct monthly content performance reviews and extract actionable insights.
- Appointment Setting Leadership
- Partner with the Appointment Setter to ensure the success metric of 10+ appointments per client per month is achieved consistently.
- Team Coordination & Accountability
- Assign, prioritize, and manage workloads across 5 team members.
- Monitor daily and weekly KPIs across content, outreach, and appointments.
- Lead daily internal team huddles and weekly client performance reviews.
You’ll know this role isn’t for you if...
- Need detailed instructions for every task—you prefer clarity on what to achieve, then figuring out the how.
- Prefer to be hands-off once strategy is set—this role requires both strategic thinking AND tactical involvement.
- Are uncomfortable having difficult conversations with clients—you’ll need to challenge assumptions, deliver tough feedback, and manage expectations.
- View processes as "bureaucracy"—we see systems as leverage that frees us to do higher-level work.
- Struggle to manage multiple priorities simultaneously—you’ll be juggling 12 client accounts with different needs and timelines.
- Prefer working independently—this role requires constant collaboration and communication.
Recruitment Process Timeline: 21 days from application to offer.
