The role involves managing a portfolio of national accounts, leading strategic planning and negotiations, and delivering volume, value and profit targets with full P&L ownership. You will build trusted relationships with buyers, shape and execute Joint Business Plans, and drive NPD listings and category growth. Working collaboratively with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance, you will ensure flawless delivery of launches and promotions while using data sources such as Kantar, Nielsen and IRI to unlock insights and identify new opportunities.

The ideal fit:

  • Experience in a National Account Executive role or equivalent
  • Have experience managing a P&L
  • Passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen
  • Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches
  • Strong, confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate
  • Comfortable working in a small dynamic team
  • Self starter
