The role involves driving Filippo Berio’s growth across Grocery Multiples. In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Build influential customer relationships
  • Lead annual account planning
  • Deliver against ambitious sales, volume, and profit targets
  • Manage promotional investment
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Optimise product availability and merchandising to maximise category performance

Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Logistics and external retail partners, you’ll act as the key catalyst for brand success — bringing commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and a proactive, results-driven mindset to one of the most iconic brands in the category.

The ideal fit:

  • Experience in a Senior / National Account Manager role or equivalent
  • Have experience managing a P&L within Top 4 Grocery and/or Discounters
  • Passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen
  • Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches
  • Strong, confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate
  • Comfortable working in a small dynamic team
  • Self starter
