As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Renaissance, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth across our global education markets. You’ll create high‑quality new business opportunities by executing proven prospecting strategies and engaging creatively with International Schools and Groups. Beyond generating pipeline, you’ll act as a leader among peers—setting the benchmark for excellence, sharing best practices, and strengthening our SDR community. You’ll bring insight, curiosity and discipline to the role—researching and prioritising target schools, tailoring outreach campaigns, and delivering meaningful market feedback and performance updates each week. Working collaboratively with a supportive team, you’ll help shape our approach while consistently opening doors to new opportunities.

SDR Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and segment key focus areas within your assigned region to connect with international schools.
  • Develop deep regional expertise and build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Bring a self‑starter mindset, using creative and inclusive approaches to spark conversations and generate leads.
  • Design and execute innovative prospecting campaigns tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Contribute positively to team performance by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and modelling high standards.
  • Engage school leaders in thoughtful conversations about their needs, goals, and challenges.

Experience we’d love to see includes:

  • Experience in sales development or lead generation with a track record of strong results – ideally working within an international setting.
  • Demonstrated history of proven results in a prior SDR role.
  • A genuine interest in EdTech and a desire to grow within the sector.
  • Enthusiasm for creating targeted, culturally aware campaigns for new international regions.
  • Experience in the K–12 EdTech or SaaS space preferred.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across time zones.
  • Strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.

Additional details:

This is a position based remotely in the UK with occasional travel as needed. There will need to be flexibility on working hours as needed. We are looking at a salary range of around £30-35,000 base plus commission and benefits.
