We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join the team at Fika Hackney. You’ll be confident preparing high-quality espresso-based drinks, maintaining consistency during busy service, and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every customer.
The role involves:
- Dialling in coffee
- Latte art
- Managing workflow under pressure
- Handling orders efficiently
- Keeping the coffee station clean and organised throughout the day
The ideal candidate has:
- Previous specialty coffee experience
- Strong communication skills

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment, passionate about coffee and hospitality, and able to bring energy and professionalism to every shift. Weekend availability and flexibility are preferred.
