We are a leading skin and laser clinic based in Sutton Coldfield, known for combining advanced aesthetic treatments with a genuinely caring, personalised approach. As our clinic continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced, client-focused practitioner to become part of our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skin health, enjoys creating bespoke treatment journeys, and takes pride in helping clients achieve meaningful results.

The Role

  • Part-Time
  • £13–£16 per hour (DOE) + £5 per hour Sundays
  • Excellent commission, incentives & bonuses

Required shifts:

  • Monday: 11:00am – 7:00pm
  • Sunday: 8:45am – 4:00pm

Optional shifts:

  • Every other Saturday: 8:45am – 4:00pm
  • Every other Friday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

You’ll guide clients through their entire skin journey, from consultation and skin analysis through to treatment planning, skincare recommendations, treatment delivery, and ongoing support. This is a varied role with opportunities for progression within a growing clinic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting consultations and skin analysis appointments
  • Creating personalised treatment plans and skincare programmes
  • Delivering advanced skin and laser treatments safely and effectively
  • Recommending appropriate treatments and medical-grade skincare
  • Supporting clients throughout their treatment journey
  • Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes
  • Achieving treatment and retail performance targets
  • Keeping up to date with industry developments and training opportunities

Duties may evolve in line with the needs of the business.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about skin health, committed to exceptional client care, and motivated to continually develop their skills and knowledge. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Minimum of 18 months’ experience within a skin, aesthetics, or clinic environment
  • Hold NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy as a minimum
  • Have experience conducting consultations and creating bespoke treatment plans
  • Enjoy educating clients and building long-term relationships
  • Deliver a professional, personalised, and results-focused experience
  • Are commercially aware and confident recommending treatments and skincare
  • Have a positive attitude and strong attention to detail

Desirable qualifications include a Foundation Degree, Degree, Aesthetic Practice qualification, Nursing qualification, or a related discipline. Experience with advanced treatments such as Hydrafacial, RF Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, Chemical Peels, Skin Analysis Systems, and Medical-Grade Skincare would be advantageous, although full training is provided.
