What we’re looking for

A highly organised and experienced Senior Fitness Manager with a deep passion for fitness and healthy living, to join our expanding team and play a key role in delivering world‑class fitness content and products.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Director of Fitness & Production, your responsibilities will span three core areas:

  • Overall Fitness Management: Day‑to‑day oversight across all fitness content verticals. Line manage and support the Fitness Manager, acting as their primary escalation point. Organise and maintain asset and project workflows across the team using our project management tool ClickUp. Act as the primary internal stakeholder contact for fitness‑related matters.
  • PAAS Fitness Lead: Lead strategy implementation in partnership with the PSM. Own end‑to‑end management of all fitness lead tasks, including pre‑production preparation, building workouts in our configurator, and equipment sourcing. Ensuring coaches have all the information needed pre‑filming. Class and content testing prior to publishing, providing notes for the editors.
  • Additional responsibilities: Assist in the development of our Workout Builder product. Brief and manage the ONE FIIT Coaching team for additional programming projects. Design and develop strategic FIIT workouts for our app. Directing filming days.

What you’ll need

  • Fitness knowledge, which could look like: Sports science degree. Level 3 personal training qualifications. Equivalent hands‑on experience in the fitness industry.
  • 5 years+ experience coaching group ex.
  • A strong understanding of different training disciplines and related terminology.
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑first approach.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring a team member.
  • Ability to work from FIIT HQ 4–5 days per week.

Technical skills required

At FIIT we mainly use Google Docs, Slack and ClickUp, alongside some more specific tools for class creation. We’ll give you training on any elements that you need.
