What we're looking for
We're looking for an AI-first B2B Marketing Manager — a generalist — to help us scale our commercial engine across product marketing, content, events, outbound, and partner marketing. This is not a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone excited by systems, AI, experimentation, and helping shape the future of fitness technology.
The Role
You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing to help build a scalable B2B marketing function that drives awareness, generates pipeline, and supports commercial growth. You'll sit across:
- Product Marketing
- LinkedIn and thought leadership
- AI-assisted outbound
- Event marketing
- Sales enablement
- Partner marketing
- CRM and nurture flows
You’ll help turn ONE FIIT from a fast-growing fitness technology company into a category-defining platform.
What you'll be doing
Product Marketing- Create positioning, messaging, and GTM assets for products including: ONE FIIT Operating System — Workout Builder, Multi Screen Delivery, Virtual Classes, Embedded App, Education Portal Production as a Service
- Develop one-pagers, decks, case studies, and sales materials
- Support website and conversion optimisation projects
- Run and grow ONE FIIT's B2B LinkedIn presence
- Repurpose internal conversations, demos, and events into scalable content
- Help shape category narratives around group training, hybrid fitness, embedded experiences, and connected training ecosystems
- Support AI-assisted outbound campaigns
- Build prospect lists and enrichment workflows
- Use AI tools to personalise outreach at scale
- Help drive demo bookings, event meetings, webinar attendance, and operator conversations
- Support major industry events including HFA, FIBO, Fitness Technology Summit, and ATN Innovation Summit
- Coordinate launch support for partners
- Create co-marketing assets and campaigns
- Help run operator site visits and demos
- Build email nurture flows
- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
- Help implement scalable marketing systems
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency across workflows
Who you are
You might come from B2B SaaS, fitness tech, startup marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, or a hybrid / generalist background. More important than your exact experience: you're curious, proactive, commercially minded, and excited by AI.
We'd love if you have:
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Experience creating B2B marketing assets
- Understanding of LinkedIn and founder-led marketing
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, Notion AI, etc.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and product teams
- A bias toward action and experimentation
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or technology
Bonus points
- Experience with HubSpot
- Experience in fitness, SaaS, or consumer apps
- Familiarity with AI SDR workflows
- Event marketing experience
What success looks like
Within 6–12 months, you will have helped:
- Build a repeatable MQL engine
- Scale ONE FIIT's thought leadership presence
- Improve demo generation
- Launch scalable outbound systems
- Support major product launches and partnerships
- Help define the category narrative for connected group training

We're looking for someone who is happy to be present in the London HQ 2 days a week, with the opportunity for fully remote working for periods of the year.
