We’re looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Lead to support a fast-moving FMCG business on a freelance / consulting basis during a defined delivery phase. This is a hands-on role with a strong bias toward execution, focused on aligning brand, marketing, and commercial activity across the business.
Scope of work:
- Own brand and marketing activity across key channels
- Translate business priorities into clear, actionable plans
- Work closely with commercial, operations, and agency partners
- Ensure consistency across messaging, packaging, and brand assets
- Support delivery against agreed timelines and budgets
Essential experience:
- Proven FMCG brand and marketing background
- UK & Ireland retail experience
- Ambient food experience (essential)
- Comfortable operating in lean, fast-paced environments
Role details:
