The Role

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team..

This is a hands-on, floor-focused role where you will lead by example, support the team during service, and help deliver a high-quality guest experience..

You will also be trusted to run independent (solo) shifts , taking responsibility for the daily operations when required..

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team on the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Support front-of-house operations and step in during busy periods.
  • Run solo shifts confidently.
  • Train and support team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Drive sales through upselling and team engagement .
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards .

About You

  • Experience as a Supervisor or Junior Manager in a restaurant .
  • Confident running shifts independently .
  • Strong leadership with a hands-on approach .
  • Passion for Italian food and hospitality .
  • Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
