The Role
As a Head Server , you will be a key leader on the floor, ensuring smooth service, supporting the team, and delivering an exceptional guest journey from start to finish..
You will lead by example, bring energy to the service, and help create the atmosphere that defines Figo..
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the front-of-house team during service.
- Manage the floor, table allocations, and guest flow effectively.
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Confidently upsell menu items, drinks, and specials .
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally.
- Train and support team members to maintain service standards.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
- Manage opening and closing duties.
About You
- Proven experience in a busy, fast-paced restaurant .
- Previous experience as a Head Server or Supervisor preferred.
- Passion for Italian food, hospitality, and guest experience .
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Confident, energetic, and hands-on approach.
- Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
