Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the restaurant. Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of staff, including front-of-house and kitchen personnel. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development. Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Business Operations: Develop and execute operational policies and procedures. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure quality and consistency of ingredients. Marketing & Community Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies.
