We are seeking an experienced Manager of Sales Operations to own our EMEA Sales Ops strategy across all subregions and segments. In this role, you will serve as a business partner to our regional Sales Directors, playing a critical role in helping Figma Sales scale revenue across both our self-service and assisted sales motions.
This role is available to hire from our London hub on a hybrid basis.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Lead Sales Operations for EMEA, providing strategic and operational support to regional Sales leaders
- Manage and develop Sales Operations Analysts (4 FTES)
- Own EMEA sales forecasting, performance management, territory planning, and quota execution, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing regional needs
- Drive OKRs that support scaling Global Sales
- Work as a strategic partner to the regional sales leadership team

- Deep understanding of SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with proven expertise in Salesforce and BI tools
