Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma helps entire product teams design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come with us!

Key to Figma’s success is our community, with the advocacy team being at the forefront! Community is important at Figma and is key to our bottom-up adoption model and organic growth engine. As we scale into new geographies and audiences, we are looking for a leader to help take our community and advocacy team—a group of design practitioners and developers who contribute their expertise to our community engagement, product development pipeline, and sales enablement—to the next level. This person will connect the dots across teams and departments; setting strategy, demonstrating impact, and supporting cross-functional company goals. We’re looking for someone to lead and help scale our community and advocacy efforts to power our growth in EMEA. This is a full-time role that can be held from our London, Berlin, or Paris hub.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Lead the EMEA Advocate Team: Manage a team of world-class Design and Developer Advocates who help scale our community engagement, sales enablement, and content efforts in EMEA—keeping the team motivated, engaged, and excited about their career growth.
  • Set the EMEA Community strategy: Define the vision for our EMEA community, targeting designers and developers, and formalize our playbook for scaling community in EMEA as part of our go-to-market strategy to support business growth; manage all community data and demonstrate how community supports the business through metrics.
  • Partner with Sales: Collaborate with regional Sales teams to optimize our Advocacy engagement playbook, devise new scaling strategies, and manage related metrics.
  • Advocate for users with the product team: Improve internal processes to help advocates gather, synthesize, and share feedback with product teams, turning every customer engagement into insights for product improvement.
  • Motivate and empower the Community: Maintain relationships with community users and improve processes to track and measure engagement.
  • Enable Figma users at scale: Prioritize, assign, and work with the team to deliver high-value content (webinars, demos, guides, resources) in partnership with marketing teams.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 8-10 years of experience in community/advocacy/evangelism/product development
  • 5+ years leading a team
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire teams and leaders
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with product designers and/or developer audiences and knowledge of product workflows
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS companies
  • Figma expertise (experience using it within a team is a plus)
  • Comfort with up to 25% travel

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • A curious personality and relationship-building skills
  • A data-driven yet creative mindset, eager to innovate and push boundaries
  • A passion for bringing people together and collaborating across teams and companies

At Figma, we believe in growing as you go. We encourage applicants whose experience may not exactly match all points but who are eager to learn and grow with us. We celebrate diversity and are committed to equal employment opportunities. We also provide reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities. If you require accommodations, please contact us. By applying, you agree that your data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policies.
