Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design, and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page.

At Figma, we are creating a community of practice where our users can connect, learn, and advance their skills through sharing with one another. Our advocacy team is at the core of the Figma Community—online, in written and video content, and in live interactions with users. This manager will be a key partner to support our marketing, sales, and product teams by helping add design and development perspectives combined with expert product knowledge into our go-to-market strategy, building relationships with our user community, and advocating for users internally with our product teams.

If you’re an experienced manager, love Figma tools, and already find yourself advocating for Figma with your peers, we’d love to hear from you! This is a full-time role based out of our London Hub.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Lead the EMEA Advocacy team: Support and grow a diverse team of Designer and Developer Advocates who help scale our community engagement, sales support, and content efforts in EMEA.
  • Enable Figma users at scale: Prioritise, assign, and collaborate with the team to deliver the highest value content to support our customers (ex: livestreams, written content, presentations, Figma community resources, etc).
  • Partner with regional marketing teams: Support our marketing efforts from events to product launches, to generate leads and drive adoption of new features, capabilities, and workflows.
  • Partner with Sales and customer experience teams: Support our highest value sales opportunities with consultations and scalable onboarding programs to enable our customers to become experts in the product.
  • Advocate for users with our product team: Help continuously improve internal processes to bring advocate insights from customer engagements to the product teams.
  • Motivate and empower the community: Enable the team to maintain and build relationships with users in the community and identify ways to improve internal processes to track and measure community engagement.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of leading a design-related team (design ops, design systems, or marketing).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams like sales, product, and marketing leadership.
  • Ability to gain support to drive projects and new initiatives forward.
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups of people.
  • Knowledge of product design and development workflows.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and joy for iterating on projects from early experimental ideas through to completion.
  • Comfort level with up to 25% of travel.
