As part of Figma's Global Sales Enablement organization reporting into our CRO, the CES Enablement function plays a critical role in providing our technical sales roles (SCs, TAMS, OMs) the enablement needed to do their jobs more effectively. This role will serve as the owner of building and systematizing our CES enablement approach ā shaping how we educate all CES roles on the products and capabilities that power Figma's growth.
Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Product Marketing, this person will build scalable, roleāspecific programs that help our technical customerāfacing teams keep pace with Figma's product velocity, and shape how we educate new hires on our products and their roles. It is the first role of its kind at Figma, making it both a highly visible role and a unique opportunity. It will define a new function and partner with key Figma teams and solve one of the most missionācritical challenges: ensuring our technical field teams are equipped with the right product knowledge, at the right time, to drive impact in a fastāmoving, highly innovative environment. This is a full-time role that can be held from our London hub.
What you'll do at Figma:
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (especially CES & sales leadership, product marketing, product)
- Analyze Figma's current approach to CES product & technical enablement programs, and implement new programs/strategies to fill the gaps you uncover
- Establish globally scalable onboarding approach for our customerāfacing technical teams as we scale the org significantly in 2026
- Work with our PM and Product teams to build compelling product/technical content that resonates with CES audiences
- Introduce new modalities of learning tailored to how modern CES teams absorb information ā leveraging interactive formats, microlearning, onādemand content, and spaced reinforcement
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role within sales enablement, sales onboarding, or similar
- Experience with Figma's product suite
- Ability to work in a fastāpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities
- Demonstrated experience working crossāfunctionally
- Organizational and project management skills, with a history of driving processes improvements and achieving operational excellence
While not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
- Practical experience in curriculum design for enablement programs
- Experience with sales methodologies like Command of the Message / MEDDPICC
- Customerāfacing experience (e.g., sales, customer success, consulting)
