Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page.

How products are being designed and built is changing, and we’re looking for an experienced product director that will ensure Figma remains at the forefront of that evolution. Our goal is to enable frontend engineers to move (much) faster, spending less time on mundane tasks, and most importantly enable them to deliver the highest quality products to their end users.

This is a full time role that can be held from our London hub, remotely in London, or in the US Eastern Timezone.

  • Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities and define a long term vision for the Developer tools team.
  • Work closely with, and support the growth of a diverse team of engineers and designers who are passionate about building tools that make developers feel at home in Figma.
  • Shipped a number of successful, high-impact consumer facing products.
  • Experience working on highly technical products, or products catering towards technical audiences - specifically building for the developer persona.
  • A development background, or if you have worked on developer tooling in the past.
  • An eye for the detail, both in terms of user experience and the technical nuances.

We know employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, our product and our community to flourish.
