What you'll do at Figma:
- Manage, mentor, grow, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers
- Act as a trusted partner to EMEA leaders to understand business needs and align recruiting resources accordingly in order to achieve goals
- Partner with recruiting leaders to develop a long-term recruiting strategy for the region that continues to bring in exceptional talent to Figma
- Scale a team structure that optimises for efficiency and scale
- Build and improve upon recruiting best practices across all orgs
- Take ownership for complex change initiatives to achieve business results
- Champion our valuesâled culture
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 10+ years of recruiting experience in a similar competitive environment with 4+ years of people management experience with direct experience managing leaders
- Experience partnering with sales leaders and executives to create and drive recruiting strategies and initiatives
- Managed hiring across multiple territories in EMEA
- Experience and understanding of how to build a recruiting function to scale with hyperâgrowth
- A deep passion and understanding for diversity, belonging, and inclusion
