Figma is seeking an Employment Counsel to be the primary legal advisor for employment matters across EMEA. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders, providing legal support and guidance on employment law and compliance.

You should be UK-qualified with at least 8 years of PQE. This position offers the flexibility of working from our London hub or remotely in the UK, and involves:
