As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for a Marketing leader to drive digital growth in our International markets. In your role you'll develop strategy and lead programmes to successfully reach, engage and convert our local audiences in their local languages. You’ll be focused on driving high quality traffic to our website through localisation and continual optimisation of our international websites. You'll do this by optimising paid search, social strategies and up-leveling our SEO related content to ensure we increase our brand awareness. In turn, driving demand for our sales-led marketing team and delighting and retaining our customers and community.

You’ll play a key role in the International Marketing Leadership Team, partnering closely with Demand Gen teams, Sales, Product Marketing, and Design Advocate teams to connect marketing initiatives and tactics to the wider vision and mission of the business. This role is based in our London Hub in a hybrid working environment.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Ultimately responsible for driving traffic to our non-US (INTL) websites and optimising and increasing conversions in local languages to generate high quality signups.
  • Your expertise lies in testing and optimising multiple language websites, SEO, performance, media (search/social/programmatic/display), organic Social Media and other new channels to drive digital growth.
  • Lead the international web, SEO and localisation teams and nurture a positive team dynamic in line with the Figma values.
  • Work closely with global marketing team members to deliver consistent and impactful marketing results through the funnel and across multiple channels and all business segments.
  • Develop, implement and report on frameworks and processes to ensure team success; including tracking and measurement of activities to achieve positive ROI.
  • Be a regional leader and an International Marketing brand ambassador, providing organisational updates to the broader business to showcase international digital marketing impact.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Multi-language SEO + Paid expertise: You're an expert when it comes to SEO and performance marketing with multi country/region experience under your belt.
  • Have built and implemented international marketing strategies to drive digital scale (sign ups, users).
  • You're a website pro, you understand how websites are built, operate and are optimised with local content to increase traffic and conversions.
  • You have strong leadership experience, you have built-out high performing teams, understand how to set goals which empower employees to reach team and individual potential.
  • To say you are data driven in your approach is an understatement - You are well equipped to leverage data in your discussions to align partners to drive awareness across the wider business and influence decision making.
  • Strategic problem solving abilities; you plan ahead of the curve, anticipate potential roadblocks and seek creative solutions.

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience working with and creating cohesion between content and growth goals and have an understanding for how content can be effective in reaching different audiences across different channels.
  • Understand the role of demand gen in a B2B/sales environment and have worked with leaders and teams to impact MQL>SAO conversions.
  • Experience working with US headquartered organisations with Tech and SaaS products within B2B.
