This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer Staff role located in Clackmannan. The Volunteer Staff will support the delivery of workshops, provide one-on-one and group support in education and fitness sessions, and cultivate positive and empathetic relationships with participants. The role involves fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where individuals feel empowered to grow and share their experiences. Responsibilities also include assisting in the organization and facilitation of programs and maintaining a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful connections with participants
  • Experience in organizing and leading group sessions and one-on-one activities
  • Knowledge or experience in education, coaching, or fitness facilitation
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to work effectively with individuals facing challenging circumstances
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Clackmannan on a full-time schedule
  • Experience in community service, social work, or related fields is a plus
  • Basic understanding of the challenges surrounding institutionalization is an advantage
