You will be:

  • Content Marketing
    • Supporting and delivering content marketing strategy for clients across a roster ranging from household name brands to scaleups — from editorial planning and narrative development to channel activation and performance measurement.
    • Executing integrated content programmes that connect brand, demand and SEO goals, with a sharp eye on how content performs in search and increasingly in LLMs.
    • Building content calendars and frameworks that ladder up to commercial outcomes: thought leadership, long-form, social-native, and everything in between.
    • Setting up and interrogating analytics (GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio and similar), turning data into clear client-facing stories and sharper content recommendations.
    • Working closely with writers, designers, and channel specialists to brief, produce and distribute content that actually lands.
    • Advising clients on content effectiveness and how their owned presence supports wider communications objectives.
    • Building knowledge of GEO/AEO and helping clients understand how their content performs in AI-generated results.
  • Influencer Marketing
    • Supporting and delivering B2B influencer strategy end-to-end: identification, outreach, contracting, briefing, activation and reporting.
    • Building and managing relationships with industry voices, subject matter experts, analysts and creators across key verticals.
    • Executing influencer programmes that complement content and earned media — from ambassador partnerships and executive social to co-created campaigns.
    • Contributing to measurement frameworks that connect influencer activity to brand, reach and pipeline goals.
    • Keeping pace with the evolving creator and influencer landscape in B2B, bringing fresh thinking and new formats to clients.
    • Managing influencer compliance, disclosure and brand safety with rigour.
    • Supporting senior client contacts day-to-day, building trusted relationships and growing your client management skills.
    • Contributing to new business pitches and helping develop FoF’s growing digital capability.
    • Supporting the mentoring of junior team members and sharing best practice in content and influencer.

What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 3–4 years of digital or B2B/corporate communications experience (previous PR/marketing agency experience preferred but not essential).
  • A solid and growing track record in content marketing and influencer for B2B brands.
  • Hands-on experience with the modern toolkit: content platforms, social scheduling and analytics tools, influencer discovery platforms (e.g. Traackr, Onalytica, Meltwater) and GA4.
  • A good understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how content and influence shape it.
  • Experience supporting thought leadership, personal branding and executive social programmes.
  • A confident multi-tasker who is excited and motivated working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a flat-structured, meritocratic environment.
