We’re on the search for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Director to join our growing team. Fight or Flight is a fast-growing integrated communications agency that helps B2B brands provoke a real response to deliver greater business impact. Our services include everything from media relations, social media, GEO, content creation, research and insights, sustainability advisory, to account-based marketing and much more.
Responsibilities
- The senior contact for client accounts
- Responsible for client service and agency performance
- In charge of overseeing PR and social campaigns from the creative brief, to the implementation and delivery
- Analysing PR and social outcomes and interpreting data to give strong and clear recommendations
- Presenting findings, projects and campaign ideas to the board, clients and key stakeholders
- Managing the PR team, giving opportunity for the AM/SAM on the account to run the team and day-to-day activities
- Nurturing talent and ensuring your team has the right training and support in place to be able to succeed
- Being involved and proactive in new business, suggesting potential clients to meet and networking
- Contributing to the overall running of the business/agency
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4-5 years of B2B/corporate communications experience (previous PR/marketing agency experience preferred but not essential)
- A proven track record in client management and supporting client teams
- A solid writer with experience in writing media-ready materials (press releases, bylines, pitches etc.)
- A confident multi-tasker who is excited and motivated working in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who is comfortable working in a flat-structured, meritocratic environment

- Hybrid working (2 office days/week, the office is open Tuesday-Thursday)
