The platform's mission is to simplify travel by making it faster, smarter, and more personalised.

Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The CMO will oversee the organisation's marketing strategy, develop and implement market research initiatives, and lead the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive brand growth. Daily tasks include creating strategic market plans, managing public relations efforts, building sales enablement strategies, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The CMO will play a key role in product positioning, brand awareness, and scaling marketing operations to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Market Research and Market Planning to evaluate trends, identify opportunities, and shape data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong skills in Marketing Management and overseeing end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Experience in Public Relations to build brand presence and manage external communications.
  • Proven track record in Sales and developing strategies to support business growth.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire, guide, and scale cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field; an advanced degree is a plus.

This is a founding marketing leadership role. At this early stage, the position is non-salaried while we are pre-funding and building traction. Compensation will transition into a paid executive role based on clearly defined performance milestones (e.g. traction, revenue growth, successful fundraising). Equity participation can be discussed for the right candidate aligned with long-term vision.
